Be Aware of Santam and their claims processes - going for 3weeks to replace a windscreen

How long can it take to replace a windscreen of a car. after 2 weeks going for 3weeks and still cannot get to a deadline with Santam's windscreen suppliers. Autoboys did not even knew they haven't replaced the windscreen but closed the claim. How useless has this become, to be efficient and effective to just focus on the core business.
