I would like to Thank Waheeda Vallie with excellent service she provided to me with dedication and showing interest in her Job. Ms Vallie has understood my frustration with the bad service I experienced in the past 2 weeks with Santam. Being sent back and forth with false promises of providing feedback, none of agents I spoke to returned my calls and never resolved my inquiry until I called again and was fortunate to speak to Waheeda who gave me Best service and managed to resolve the problem and managed to keep me to be part of Santam.
