Bathroom repairs not completed after 4 weeks

We submitted a claim for a leaking pipe in the bathroom. Santam appointed Fogi / Digicall. Plumber started knocking off tiles on walls on area where the pipe was not leaking and in this process damaged wall and floor tiles. Bathroom had to be re-tiled completely. During this process, Groenies Contractors damaged the spa bath. Contractor is still not finished with tiling, grouting, wall repairs, wall painting, bathroom door and cleaning. No one from Santam has contacted us to follow up on the problem, although we have provided Santam with photos and regular feedback. The basin is now also leaking, shower glass panels not installed correctly, unfinished grouting, loose floor tiles, damaged spa bath and paint work not finished. This is unacceptable service and poor workmanship. We have had almost no claims in 15 years and now we experience this pathetic service. The Ombudsman will be approached.
