Bad workmanship of santam contractors

After my previous review I was promised on email that they will fix my freezer. However another assessor came out and after numerous calls and emails and fotos of the repair person not knowing what they did and breaking my freezer even more santam and Europe assist lies on there report that work was done right luckily I have all pictures of work that was done and now santam has withdrawn and sa it is wear and TEAR.NO IT IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR IS IS BAD WORKMANSHIP OF THERE CONTRACTORS AND NEGLIGENCE OF THERE CONTRACTOR. Now I am sitting with a freezer that is non repairable due to there contractor. I have pictures to proof
