Bad treatment claimant.

I was hit on my bike by their client on the 25 July 2024, and since I am not insured, I logged a third-party claim immediately after the accident. It has been over 3 months now and keep on being told that "we are awaiting confirmation from client" every time I make a follow up. Meanwhile my bike is unfixed and undrivable.
