bad service how can Santam just cancel the car hire of Europcar, Friday at 17H00 Europcar phoned me and said the Vehicle which was rent trough Santam has been cancelled by Santam. I only did receive the Vehicle last week Friday 21 September 2026 at 17H00. now 7 days later Europcar informed me the rental car has cancel by Santam, and I know I can have a rental car for 15 days NOT 7 days
