BAD SERVICE/ NO SERVICE SANTAM

<p>Santam forced me to go to a certain panelbeater after i got 3 quotes from different panelbeaters . The repair work was done TERRIBLE. The panelbeater was contacted by me and they said that they wil come back to me, still waiting!. Santam was contacted and it is now over a week that i have not heard anything from Santam . It seems like they are passing the buck. Not even a telephone call to say that they have received my complaint.</p> <p>I tried to phone their complaint number but the call just gets cut off.</p> <p>This is really UNACCEPTABLE. </p> <p>I wonder why they were so adamant to use that specific panelbeater, when i got quotes from panelbeaters near my residence???? </p> <p> </p>
