Bad service - I shudder to think of what should happen when I try to claim!

<p>I am so sick and tired of Santam. I've sent two requests via the web form - no answer. When I called to enquire about something, they said they would call back and never did.</p> <p>When I called to complain and asked for the call centre manager to call me and explain how TWO agents just never bothered to call back, I got no call back.</p> <p>Just shows how quickly they are to respond to secure business, but as soon as you need something they do absolutely nothing</p>
