BAD SERVICE FROM SANTAM

I was involved in an accident over a month ago where I immediately notified my broker and insurance. I thought I would never succumb to the point where I would write a review about Santam.

If it wasn't for my broker, I would have been searching for another insurance company. Every week they appoint 3 or more new Assessor whereby they tell me that the Assessors will contact me, but I haven't received any call from them

Previously I needed emergency road assistance and after logging the ticket, they only arrived after 2 and a half hours where I was stranded at the side of the road in the middle of the night

I've went through a couple of reviews about Santam They really need fix their issues that everyone is complaining about

Besides their issues, I'm happy with the service I'm getting from my broker.
