Bad service from *********** people

This assessor Gerson Tshabuse wants us to remind him how to do his job. We follow up and he says he will authotize/ upload the payment for the claim to be processed but never does it. His manage Braam van den Berg also sits around and does not make sure that this are done on time. Its taking them 3 months to finalise a claim. Very *********** people and they are dragging the Santam name down the drain.
