Bad service

I regret the day I moved over from my insurance to Santam. I actually thought I gained a bargain with their low premiums not knowing that I would get such service, I write them emails they don't respond, i leave a message requesting to be called back they don't call, I have to be the one doing a follow up with my minutes yhooo. I wouldn't recommend to any one I know, truth be told.
