Bad service

I think your service is terrible. My daughter had an incident with her car. A stone hit the radiator. The claim was submitted on the 9 December and photos and a video was submitted. Today they asking for Photos from around the car and the licence disc. When will this be processed? It takes 21 working days for the part to arrive. This is not acceptable service. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
