Bad Service By Santam

My car is insured with santam . i was in a accident last year november, santam recommended this repairer to fix my car . when i went to fetch the car this year it was in a horrible condition, the bumper that was supposed to be replaced, they fixed the old one & put back ..same with the right headlight. the painting was terrible.!! i then called my insurer to tell them about the condition of the car … they just said there was nothing they can do about it , i should return the car to the repairer to redo the work & ask the repairer to hire a car for me . i did that , they gave me a car not necessarily hire ..it’s in a bad condition &i’ve been using this car for three weeks now ..just learnt that the car’s disc expired last year june after i was stopped by traffic police .
