Bad service, Bad advise

So, in July 2020 I mentioned my claim againt my insurance with Santam regarding my insurance for business interruption. The claim was referred to the Onbudsman which is why Santam would not communicate with me regarding claim. End result from the Onbudsman, claim declined because Santam distansuate themselves from this because of policy taken out with independent broker H & H broker (All about insurance). Because of the bad advise for the indepent broker, we where referred to FAIS. Point is, do not invest in an short term insurance, they always have reason not to pay out.
