Bad service

My vehicle broke down on 2023-07-09. I have contacted Santam, who is my broker since 2017. They left me next to the road with my wife and nd son, with my caravan. My curtesy car that I am paying for was about 200km away from where we were. And they told me that it is my problem how I will get the car and get home. And it is a Suzuki Swift. I can't tow the caravan with it. My vehicle is still standing in Lydenburg on this date at C&C Autobody, waiting for parts. And the curtesy car's time is over. But that is my problem according to Amanda who was supposed to help me. My vehicle estimate date to be finished is 2023-09-30. And I am stuck in Pretoria with out a vehicle
