Santam/Europe assist that sends service providers out to your property to so called fix your things and then for over a month and a half struggle with Europe assist due to there service provider doing such a poor job and cut of pipes and wires and brake your goods even more would really start to realize that your service towards your clients is non existentant. No communication no calls back why must I keep phoning a 100 times a day and leave messages to complain about goods still not working and you don't even worry about calling back. Over a month and a half and sending out other assessors x 2 confirming that your service provider did a poor job and should be liable for what they did to my broken freezer that is stil not working Europe assist working for santam your service back to clients is very bad.
