Bad service

I'm highly disappointed in the service we received from their 3rd party office in Bronkhorstspruit or so they say. they do not understand the urgency. Their service is poor or at least the lady who assisted us she asked us to send documents and they would send us an email the next day about what's going on with the claim. We have since been waitingfor our claim to be finalized for the past 4 months with no luck every time we request for an update we are sent from one place to another no one wants to take accountability.
