Bad service

Good day I have the most terrible service from the claims department ever ref no *** from the Santam group

They are so unhelpful they keep telling me I need to phone the other person for assistance o just wanted to register a claim I tried sending emails with the documents requested n phoned them to check if all is received but they so useless unfriendly and not even customer driven how could such people specially rosin been given the opportunity to work with customer I asked her her supervisor number se just said 1018 I said excuse me she repeatedly said 1018 and then I tried to phone the number it did not exist I tried phoning her back she's not taking my calls am so disgusted for this poor service I received from Santam
