Bad service

I requested for a quotation online an agent from santam called me to assist but she was very unfriendly and very rude I ended up ending the call unfortunately however I will still love to be assisted, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who I spoke to she doesn't have that thing that will make you change your current insurance
