Bad service
I would to give Santam -10 if it was possible. I did a quotation for car insurance with Santam. They failed to beat my current insurance and requested me to forward my policy schedule. To date, I haven't received any feedback regarding the R500 take a lot voucher. I sent numerous follow up emails but no response.
