Bad service

My vehicle was damaged in an accident and stored at a panelbeater`s place in the Margate Area. The assessor assessed the vehicle and told me that I will have to sign an agreement of Loss form before Santam would pay my claim. The assessor said that an amount of R39000 would be paid and that I must hand in the car`s keys and papers to the panelbeatershop after which I will need to sign the agreement of loss so that Santam can settle my claim. it is now almost a month after the accident, and in spite of calling numbers given to me by Santan Head office I can nit get hold of anybody. I went back to the panelbeatershop last week only to find that my car was collected by somebody with the papers and keys and that nobody knows where my car is, or the assessor who should be working on the claim. I Phoned Droey Pillay, Allan Kandan, Satam head office...no luck...nobody available. At head office they gave me these gentlemans names...can not get hold of them. I am a pensioner and do not know what else to do...I lost my vehicle and after paying my Santam policy for many years it looks as if nobody gives a damn.
