Bad service!!!!

I am so seriously disappointed in santam service. After my dads business property was damaged due to a fire, promises were made to fully repair and rebuild the building in 3 months. The builder finished after 6months!!!! Building still not properly complete !!! The roof and the gutters overflow when it rains and fills the shop with water. Very bad service. How are they meant to operate a business in this state!!! Promises are made and nothing happens. After so many years of been a loyal customer my really feels let down. He seriously considering legal action.
