Bad service

Good evening, I hope this email finds you well. I had an accident on Friday the 8th of February early in the morning (at 9:38 to be exact). I was stopping at a flickering red traffic light - treating it as a 4-way stop. checking if all is clear and then driving to turn right. A silver Mercedes Benz came at approximate 80km/h (speeding) from my right-hand side and ran the flickering red traffic light and crashed into my right front end. I took her details (she's also at Santam), went to the police to get a case nr and then called Santam. This is the reason for my complaint - I got the most pathetic service. When stating that I was from Durbanville, the lady (Elmien Bowers) had no clue as to what the closest approved dent removal service to me was. She clearly stated that there is no such service in Durbanville and she wanted to send me to the City centre or N1 city. When she could pick up that I was irrirated by her incompetence she wanted to 'add a step' to the already frustrating process by sending me to a place in Durban Road.
