bad service
I registered an accident claim with Santam the 23/04 assessment was done the same day.I haven't heard anything from them .Its 3 days today I am not sure what their turn-are-round is with their claims.No one is saying anything to me .I am actually disappointed and unhappy with the service right now.For such big company with so many years in business for such small claim their can take so many days....
