Bad service

<p>Santam is a worse Car insurance ever,</p> <p> </p> <p>I Katlego Mooki was on my way to work in the early morning around 07:20. I was driving on N1 going towards Malibongwe Road were there was a bit of traffic, while I was driving ( Car was moving forward) I had a bang behind my car and realize that I was bumped by a truck from Krispy Cream Doughnuts company (HINO FK38WBGP) at the boot ,so they told me that they will ask their insurance to fix my Car as i was a third Party..Santam requested all necessary document so that they can sort out my claim of which a gave them all necessary requirements now they dont want to pay my claim just because i dont have a witness for that incident. #What kind of Insurance is that????????? </p>
