BAD SERVICE

I registered a claim on Friday morning for my electric gate and also mentioned that it is not safe because this is the main entrance to my property and nothing has been done. I am still waiting for a supplier to contact me. PLEASE CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your service is terrible
