I tried to add the car I just bought on to the insurance and got a bad few surprises.
First of all, they told my I must pay AA to get a roadworthy certificate even though I have a valid roadworthy certificate for this vehicle. Then they told me that they don't have ANY particulars of the car and bike that are already insured with them. How is that even possible? Then they told me that I now have a new policy that I have no knowledge about. Seems like they just went ahead and change the policy without notifying us AND lost all the details. Is that even legal?
