Bad Santam

So santam is part of the bad service we get in this country... as a lawfull citizen i orginise with santam my insurance company to take me home after my new years party. I get 6 free rides on my insurance as part of my package.. never used this before so i thought lets give it a try... everything was done from my side and soon i get a sms saying all in place and will get a call closer to the time for pick up. Off we went to our new years eve party... santam never phoned me back as promised. Thet were suppose to pick me up at 2 in the morning. 2 : 15 i get a phone call to say .... sorry sir our driver was in a accident. We will send our emergency vehicle... i get a phone call again to say we can only pick u up at 2:45. . At 3:00 the driver and his partner came to pick us up with no info were to go. Lucky i could tell him where to go. Very dissapointed with santam. Time to look for another insurance company
