Bad legal department

Santam client claim *** crushed my vehicle am a cliwnt too with policy *** with an outstading and awesome brokerage HARNACKS yet am been told even though inhave a claim with my own insurance I must wait for 60 days before my claim can be finalise. Am sitting with a vehicle Thats not road worthy while no push is done to make my claim experience peaceful. Their legal.team is forever on leave u deal with so many people that also make this experience horrible. One will think with over 104 years experience dealing with Santam is as Easy as Abc
