Bad fist expereince

This is unacceptable and I’m so disappointed in Santam. I have done the inspection of my car in the beginning of the month, send pictures, try to call, ask to be call yet not response. For a month now I'm trying to get feedback on my policy in regards to my car inspection. If this is not sorted out by today I’m going back to outsurance and I’m also going to complain on Hello Peter. I want my confirmation of my car today as you are putting risk on me. Im driving with out any insurance and I left OUTsurance for this nonsense. They staff is unprofessional if you call the call centre is sound like a big party in the back round. So if DONT GET ANY FEEDBACK TODAY IM LEAVING YOU I WILL RATHER PAY MORE AS OUTsurance IS SO MUCH MORE RELABIBLE,
