bad experience with santam

this is the second time writing to hello peter no response from santam

received an email that say evidence not enough after driver confess that his brakes failed and on his report he wrote to blame road worthy my question is 1 why if you rejecting and not having enough evidence why talking long to get back to me since from 6 jan until now
