Bad customer service

Hellopeter My name is minky make and i am back again with the same complaint for the same company. On Thursday i received a call from santam insurance consultant and he told me that my device will be delivered on Friday which unfortunately they did not. Today is Monday and they've send me an email telling me that my claim has been rejected because their terms &condition with my insurance does not cover the damaged nor ****** phone. Mind you those were the only reason i app**** for their insurance because i know that a phone can be damaged or ****** anytime. After all this months they've been deducting money from my bank account. I am a very unhappy customer and when i get a chance i am going to cancel this useless insurance. I wouldn't recommend mtn or santam to anyone.how i wish i never app**** this insurance with them at the first place
