BAD CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE OF SANTAM

I had insurance with Santam in 2017/2018 - I then changed to Outsurance when we bought a new vehicle.

Since 2018 I have not had any communication or policies with Santam. I tried to apply for something on my name -guess what?! I cant - Apparently I'm in arrears with Santam. This is pathetic! 3 months ago I took this up with them - only to find out the woman that I was in contact with didnt actually do a ****ing thing to change this!

Again this morning I emailed them, I NEED A LETTER FROM SANTAM TO PROVE I DONT OWE THEM - apparently they dont have phone numbers in that department and they ignore my requests. I cannot wait on SANTAM anymore! I will never ever insure my stuff with them after what they have done to me.

Its my credit score at risk here and they think absolutely nothing of their clients.
