bad client reflection
I'm a client by Santam but every time I call the call centre of Santam for requires ,they say they would call me back. I'm still waiting for response after 4 days.

Could you perhaps provide us with the exact date and time you called in so that we can trace the call and establish who assisted you and was at fault in not calling you back.
We will however also request a consultant to contact you to assist with the queries you might have.
