Bad bad "service"

Goodday, i contacted Santam twice in 4 days for assistance, up to now i did not receive any call from them, im not to sure if i can trust them with my assets..... I contact the Cape Town no *** who just transfer my call to call centre, after i explain that the call centre dont answer at numerous occasions, i even sent two requests via e-mail.
