Bad bad customer service from Unbin Rungan

The treatment i got from Unbin Rungan it was like his doing me a favor by assisting me with my claim , he treated me like i was not even paying my premium, he spoke to me so rudely and undermined me he didn't even wanna listen to me , i'm still surprised on how he became a manager because clearly his *********** . He made wanna part ways with Santam after so many years of trusting them, dont think il ever refer to anyone after this .

I still cannot believe the treatment i got from Unbin Rungan , out 10 i give this manager -0. They need to take him to customer services courses
