they are the worst i am going to look for another insurance i am a santam insured and claiming from 3rd party that is also santam client but my claim against him has been deneid for he is freinds with his broker his broker is freinds with the person wont mention names yet that handeled and decliened my case so in my eyes there where breibery or something going on there i do have all the names and if santam does not call like they promised for a day now i will name and shame i had it for sitting with R39000 damiges and they decleined because of freinds o ja the broker is freinds with the person that decleined my case for over 19 years....... going to media and papers and ambudsman tomorrow,
