Bad attitude/service
Santam assessor named Jafta Phepisi Manewa refuses to investigate the cause for my damaged glass. A rear glass window crashes on itself 3 days after collecting my vehicle from their panel beater. He promises to send an investigator but to no avail, he fails to contact me thereafter and gives bad and arrogant attitude when I question that. Jafta ask me what I expect him to say since he failed to contact me as he promised!!!!!!
