Bad Attitude
Last night i try and change policy details bongani. I spoke to was very rude and said he cant make any notes. To day a lady phone with no phone manners. She told me to hold the line after 10 min the call was droped and no call back. If they break in to my new hows santam wil take full responsibility i tryd to correct it on my side.
