Bad 3rd party service as usual

Santam does not take 3rd party claims serious, attitude towards clients are absolutely poor. A Chinese guy that was lost in town bumped into me last month guy admitted he was at fault I was told to get 3claims for my vehicle and submit them through, which I did, I there after called to inform them that it was the only vehicle I have and that my vehicle brings home an income to feed my family, till now I haven't received any feedback, I would never use santam or recommend santam to anyone in the near future
