AWFUL INSURANCE- DONT USE ANY INSURANCE WHO PROCESSES CLAIMS THROUGH SANTAM LEGAL

Santam legal is poorly managed. They do not process claims efficiently like other insurance companies- so i had to call them 7 times to find out if they had sent off a claim number as per my request, which still hasnt been done after almost 2 weeks.
