Aweful Service

My car went for repairs in the second week of January 2018 at Summit Autobody repairs Louis Trichardt from Venda,a repair company chosen by Sanlam. I had a courtesy car in Dec to Jan and now do not have a car.I requested Santam to bring the car in Gauteng since I am this side and they told me it will just prolong the process and it will be quicker at Summit Autobody repairs. I have been trying to follow up since January to check the progress of my car but every time I call Summit it's either I cannot get through or told my car will be done in a weeks time. This went on until I decided to go check my car in February and NOTHING was done @ all. I was just told they were waiting for the parts and they have them now and the car will be done in a weeks, same old story!I sent my brother on the 2 of February,yesterday and the car I still the same!Nothing done. I do not have any mode of transport now as this is the third month without a car and them not doing anything about it. If Santam cannot get a good,normal repair place then they need to tell me so I can change insurance companies. I didn't sign up for this. At least if they can be honest with me so I can know instead of telling me next week everytime I follow up. I would not recommend Santam to anyone!
