AVOID SANTAM – OUTSURANCE WILL PAY INSTEAD

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with Santam. Despite multiple attempts, Tasleem has made no effort to pick up the phone or assist with my claim communication has been impersonal and dismissive throughout.

My boundary wall collapsed due to a storm, yet Santam sent a generic rejection email with a report that contains incorrect information and no clear evidence to support their decision. It feels careless and unjustified.

What makes this even more concerning is that my neighbour, who shares the same wall and is insured with Outsurance, received a completely different assessment and their claim has already been paid.

Based on my experience, don’t be misled. Santam has not delivered on peace of mind and has been extremely unhelpful when it matters most.
