Avoid Santam Insurance at all costs

My Insurance claim was rejected on absolute nonsense reason. I have been with Santam insurance for years as a loyal customer. The tiles in my house which has been in my house for at least 35 years lifted and I was under the impression this is what I pay my insurance every month for. This is absolute nonsense!!
