Authorisation for repair on vehicle
Santam claim no: ***<br> Vehicle 2007 Toyota Fortuner 3.0 D4D 4x4 was damaged in an accident. Authorisation for repair was given but one headlamp is replaced with an original part and the other one with a generic one. The argument that is used that this is a 2007 model vehicle. Yet some parts are replaced with original Toyota parts and other with generic parts. Generic parts will affect the resale value of the vehicle.
