ATTITUDE IS JUST LIKE A FLAT TYRE IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE IT THEN YOU WONT GO ANYWERE.
EXTREAMLY RUDE INDIVIDUALS SINCE I CAN REMEMBER I HAVE DEALT WITH SANTAM CONSULTANTS IN THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AND AS A BROKER WE SUPPOSED TO WORK HAND IN HAND BUT THEIR INDIVIDUAL ATTITUDES HAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THE TONE IN THE VOICE SETS THE STAGE, THEY MAY HAVE A HEAVEY CLEINT BASE WHICH IS GREAT BUT EVERY CLEINT DESERVES RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. I WISH SOMETHING COULD BE DONEN ABOUT IT, I WONT NAME AND SHAME BUT I AS A BROKER AM SADDED AND DIOSAPPOINTED IN THE BEHAVIOUR OF THESE INDIVIDUALS.
