Atrocious Service/Lack of Service, utterly useless insurance company.

Santam has taken five weeks to attend to an insurance claim regarding a burglary at our property. Their agents are unresponsive, constantly delaying matters, and are rude and arrogant toward us as clients.

We have not received any proper reports or responses from Santam or their agents in Cape Town.

They delay every opportunity they have, which has caused even more damage to the case as they don't answer or respond to emails or queries lodged with them and their agents.

We pay a substantial amount in fees to Santam as all our insurance is with them, and this is the kind of treatment we receive.

We are at the point of canceling all policies with them, and I urge everyone to either look elsewhere or to at least have your policies double-checked and revised by an attorney, as Santam and their agents are a group of *****sters.

I have never dealt with more unprofessional and lackluster insurers.
