Assistance after accident on Saturday 16 December 2023
Ms Amanda Maboza, Motor Claims Service Consultant from Santam has been assisted me since my accident on Saturday evening and I would like to rate her service.
Very friendly and professional service from the start (as I also experienced with previous consultants from Santam). She was caring and sincere and very sorry about the accident and whole incident, especially in a time like this and glad that I was not hurt.
She assured me of her and the company’s continuous assistance and will be doing regular follow-ups and be giving feedback to me.
