As usual, *********** consultant!!

Last week Wednesday I called in asking to be assisted with updating my banking details for the legal cover that I have with Santam, I was advised that someone will call me the very same day, and as usual, since it does disappoint, the person only called me on Thursday morning and I asked the person to call me back, and again as they always "disappoint" to date nobody has called me back. This review actually deserves 0 star cause wow
