As a 3rd Party Client you are treated like *******
I have been trying to speak to anyone at Santam Vum for over a week that can help me with a 3rd party claim. One of their clients crashed into the back of me and i would like to find out how to go about having my vehicle fixed. You are just pushed aside and told to deal with someone that is never available. Poor Service!!!!!!
